About
Delicious above-ground bulbs are a tasty addition to stir-fry or salads. If picked when bulbs are around 1", leaves and stems will have a mild, delicate flavor. Harvest spring-sown at or before a 2" diameter, as hot weather makes them woody. Matures in 50-55 days.
