About
Long-lived, large, tall tree with drooping branches. Combines well with hemlock and fir, ferns and mosses. Also valued for its aromatic, red wood used for furniture, decks and siding. Extremely resistant to damage from insects and decay. Prefers nutrient-rich, moist to wet soil.
