This easy-care plant is heat tolerant, drought tolerant, and deadheading is not necessary. Rosettes of wavy, coral-blushed blue-green leaves produce slender wands of red pink flowers. Grows well in poor, rocky soil, and ideally suited for rock gardens, mixed containers and desert plantings. Can be grown indoors as a house plant where not cold hardy--simply place in a bright window and water sparingly.
