Squash is easy to grow and most varieties are prolific producers. The size of your garden may determine which varieties to grow. Generally eaten baked or steamed with a bit of butter and salt. Keeps well. When vine starts to dry, cut stems about 1" from fruit and allow to sit in field for a week or so.
